Bradley Hennick is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Hennick & Company. At Hennick & Company, Bradley is responsible for overseeing the executive team and strategic direction of the company.
Previously, Bradley worked at a leading Canadian law firm, practicing corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities, advising on a range of transactions across multiple industries. Prior to Goodmans LLP, Bradley worked in the corporate law group in the New York office of White & Case LLP, a leading global law firm, and in the European and Asian offices of Colliers International. He holds a combined Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
Bradley is a member of the Board of Directors of Foster + Partners and Gardiner & Theobald, amongst others.
Bobby serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hennick & Company and is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, internal control, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, insurance and enterprise risk management.
Previously, Robert was a Partner at Slate Asset Management, a global investment and asset management firm focused on real assets. At Slate, Robert acted as chief operating officer and served as chief financial officer for various of Slate’s businesses. Prior to joining Slate, Robert was a partner in the real estate practice of Deloitte LLP in Toronto, Canada, where he was also on the executive committee for the Toronto assurance practice and was Deloitte’s Canadian IPO leader. Previously, Robert also worked at Brookfield Asset Management in various treasury, finance and financial reporting positions.
Robert is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Michael Faulds is a Director at Hennick & Company.
Previously, Michael worked at HOOPP Capital Partners (HCP) for six years where he focused on private equity and private debt investments across North America. He played a key role in a number of HCP’s investments across several industries such as Greencross, Chobani, and Wayne Farms. Prior to joining HCP, Michael spent three years at RBC Capital Markets in the investment banking group where he focused on M&A and financing advisory for consumer and industrial companies in North America.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jon Mendonca is a Director at Hennick & Company.
Prior to joining Hennick & Company, Jon spent over a decade with OTPP’s Private Equity team, most recently investing in North American services businesses. During his time at OTPP, Jon invested across business services, technology, and consumer sectors, spending time in both Toronto and London. Jon also served on the boards of Arterra Wines Canada, Memora Group, PODS Moving & Storage, Premier Lotteries Ireland, and Group.one.
Earlier in his career, Jon worked in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets, providing M&A advisory and financing services.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Eben Rawluk is a Vice President at Hennick & Company.
Previously, Eben worked at Ernst & Young LLP in the audit and advisory practices for five years, with clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, telecommunications and retail sectors. At E&Y, his responsibilities included performing audits of public and private clients, as well as advising client finance leaders on organizational transformation, process improvement and performance measurement.
Eben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
Jacob Levy is an Associate at Hennick & Company.
Previously, Jacob worked for 3 years at RBC Capital Markets in the investment banking group. While at RBC, Jacob worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions across a range of industries, including industrials, healthcare, consumer & retail, and telecommunications.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
Thomas is an Associate at Hennick & Company.
Previously, Thomas worked at Evercore in the investment banking group for three years, focusing on M&A advisory across services businesses. While at Evercore, he advised on several transactions, including the divestiture of Altus Group’s Property Tax division to Ryan LLC, sale of Westland Insurance to OTPP & BroadStreet, and Ritchie Bros. acquisition of IAA.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
Hilary Dennis is the Manager, Office Administration and Bookkeeping at Hennick & Company.
Prior to joining Hennick & Company, she worked at a hospitality group in finance and human resources. She also served as the Office and Operations Manager at a SR&ED tax consulting firm for five years, where her responsibilities included office management, bookkeeping and human resources.
With an entrepreneurial background, Hilary has as owned and operated several businesses including an award winning residential moving business, a textile design and production company, and a children’s art program.

He has also been named Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year and was recognized as Canada’s CEO of the Year by Canadian Business Magazine in 2001. Since 2022, Mr. Hennick has been on Forbes’ annual list of the world’s billionaires.
In philanthropy, Jay served as Chairman of the Board of the Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto from 2013-2016. The Hennick family are also active philanthropists through The Hennick Family Foundation, which makes significant contributions in the areas of healthcare, education, and the arts.
John is Senior Executive Advisor with Hennick & Company.
John served as Chief Operating Officer | Global for Colliers International Group Inc. from January 2020 to June 2021, prior to which he served as Chief Financial Officer | Global at Colliers, and Chief Financial Officer of FirstService Corporation (the predecessor of Colliers), since 2002. John joined FirstService as Vice President, Acquisitions in February 1998, was named Senior Vice President, Acquisitions in May 2000, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2002.
Prior to joining FirstService, John was a Vice President with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Inc. from 1996 and a senior lender in both the commercial and corporate banking groups of National Bank of Canada from 1987, both based in Toronto. John is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career in 1984 with a predecessor of KPMG, based in Toronto.
John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor. He sits on the Board of Directors of Foster + Partners.
