Bradley Hennick

Bradley Hennick is a Managing Director of Hennick & Company and is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm. Since founding Hennick & Company in 2014, Bradley has led the firm’s private investment division.

Previously, Bradley worked at Goodmans LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. In this role, Bradley advised, structured and executed initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings across multiple industry platforms. Prior to Goodmans LLP, Bradley worked in the corporate law group in the New York office of White & Case LLP, a leading global law firm, and in the European and Asian offices of Colliers International, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate service organizations.

Bradley holds a combined Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Jory Hennick

Jory Hennick is a Managing Director of Hennick & Company and is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm. He leads the firm’s real estate investment division.

Previously, Jory worked in the Capital Markets group at Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services organization, focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of institutional-quality commercial real estate assets and sourcing capital solutions for clients.

Prior to Colliers, Jory practised corporate law in Toronto and New York at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s leading law firms and worked in Business Operations and acted as Legal Counsel at Wealthsimple, a renowned Canadian startup. Jory holds a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Arty Commisso

Arty serves as the Chief Financial Officer with Hennick & Company.

From 2010 to 2022 Arty served in a number of roles with FirstService Corporation and its affiliate companies.  Since 2014, Arty acted as the Senior Vice President, Finance for FirstService Residential and prior to that he served as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for FirstService Corporation.

Prior to joining FirstService, Arty acted as Director of Finance for Sun Media Corporation and was the Corporate Controller of a sister company Osprey Media Group Inc. from 2005.  Arty began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1998 serving in several roles in the both the Assurance and Business Recovery Services groups.

Arty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Robert (Bobby) Armstrong

Robert serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hennick & Company.

Previously, Robert was a Partner at Slate Asset Management, a global investment and asset management firm focused on real assets.  At Slate, Robert acted as chief operating officer and served as chief financial officer for various of Slate’s businesses.

Prior to joining Slate, Robert was a partner in the real estate practice of Deloitte LLP in Toronto, Canada, where he was also on the executive committee for the Toronto assurance practice and was Deloitte’s Canadian IPO leader.  Previously, Robert also worked at Brookfield Asset Management in various treasury, finance and financial reporting positions.

Robert is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Mike Faulds

Michael Faulds is a Director at Hennick & Company.

Previously, Michael worked at HOOPP Capital Partners (HCP) for six years where he focused on private equity and private debt investments across North America. He played a key role in a number of HCP’s investments across several industries such as Greencross, Chobani, and Wayne Farms. Prior to joining HCP, Michael spent three years at RBC Capital Markets in the investment banking group where he focused on M&A and financing advisory for consumer and industrial companies in North America.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Eben Rawluk

Eben Rawluk is a Manager, Finance at Hennick & Company.

Previously, Eben worked at Ernst & Young LLP in the audit and advisory practices for five years, with clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, telecommunications and retail sectors. At E&Y, his responsibilities included performing audits of public and private clients, as well as advising client finance leaders on organizational transformation, process improvement and performance measurement.

Eben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Margaret Eastwood

Margaret Eastwood is a Controller at Hennick & Company.

Previously, Margaret has worked as a business partner within finance teams in both large and small companies. Her career has included roles at CPP Investments, Dream Asset Management Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Margaret holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Danielle Moloughney

Danielle Moloughney is an Associate at Hennick & Company.

Previously, Danielle worked at KPMG LLP for five years. Her most recent role at KPMG was in Transaction Services where she advised private equity and strategic corporate clients on transactions across a variety of industries. She also worked in KPMG’s International Corporate Tax practice where she worked on international tax advisory projects and compliance engagements.

Danielle holds an Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University and has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Jacob Levy

Jacob Levy is an Associate at Hennick & Company.

Previously, Jacob worked for 3 years at RBC Capital Markets in the investment banking group. While at RBC, Jacob worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions across a range of industries, including industrials, healthcare, consumer & retail, and telecommunications.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Hilary Dennis

Hilary Dennis is the Manager, Office Administration and Bookkeeping at Hennick & Company.

Prior to joining Hennick & Company, she worked at a hospitality group in finance and human resources. She also served as the Office and Operations Manager at a SR&ED tax consulting firm for five years, where her responsibilities included office management, bookkeeping and human resources.

With an entrepreneurial background, Hilary has as owned and operated several businesses including an award winning residential moving business, a textile design and production company, and a children’s art program.
