Jasleen Do Carmo is the Manager, Accounting & Administration at Hennick & Company.
Jasleen brings over eight years of combined accounting and executive administration experience across the consulting, construction, and technology industries. Most recently, she managed full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, office administration, and executive support to leadership at Adonis Partners Inc. Prior to that, she spent four years at Navigator Multimedia, where she modernized the company's finance function by automating reconciliation workflows, strengthening collections, and delivering financial forecasting and cash flow reporting. Her experience also includes leading an ERP implementation and managing a large cross-functional team while overseeing complete finance operations.
Jasleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sheridan College and a Business Analytics certification from Harvard Business School Online.
