Bradley Hennick is a Managing Partner of Hennick & Company. Previously, Bradley worked at Goodmans LLP, practising in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. In this role, Bradley advised, structured and executed corporate financings, initial public offerings and acquisitions and dispositions across multiple industry platforms. Prior to Goodmans LLP, Bradley worked in the corporate law group at White & Case LLP, a leading global law firm, and the Prague and Hong Kong offices of Colliers International, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate service organizations. Bradley holds a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Edward Howland joined Hennick & Company as Senior Vice President, Finance after spending over 20 years as a senior financial executive for multinational middle and large cap publicly traded corporations. Previously, Ed spent nine years as Vice-President, Finance of FirstService Residential (FSR), the largest residential property management company in North America. While at FSR, Ed was responsible for the due diligence and onboarding of more than 20 acquisitions that was instrumental in growing the company’s revenues from $200 million to $1 billion in less than a decade. Prior to FSR, Ed held various senior finance positions within the travel industry with Far & Wide Travel Corporation, International Shipping Partners, SeaEscape Cruise Lines and Abercrombie & Kent. Ed holds an MBA in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a CPA/ABV (Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation) and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).

Jonathan Ng joined Hennick & Company as Vice President, Finance in 2016. Previously, Jonathan worked at KPMG LLP for 10 years in the audit practice focusing on clients in the consumer and industrial markets. In this role, he was responsible for managing an audit client portfolio of diverse, multinational public and private companies. Prior to KPMG LLP, Jonathan worked for Aon Reed Stenhouse and RBC Capital Markets. Jonathan holds a Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and has a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.

Eben Rawluk is a Manager, Finance at Hennick & Company. Previously, Eben worked at Ernst & Young LLP in the audit and advisory practices for five years, with clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, telecommunications, and retail sectors. At E&Y, his responsibilities included performing audits of public and private clients, as well as advising client finance leaders on organizational transformation, process improvement, and performance measurement. Eben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Jay Hennick is the Founder and CEO of FirstService Corporation, a global leader in the rapidly growing real estate services sector, one of the largest markets in the world. FirstService manages more than 2.5 billion square feet of residential and commercial properties through its three industry-leading service platforms: Colliers International, one of the largest global players in commercial real estate services; FirstService Residential, North America's largest manager of residential communities; and FirstService Brands, one of North America's largest providers of essential property services delivered through individually branded franchise systems and company-owned operations. FirstService generates more than US$2.3 billion in annual revenues and has more than 24,000 employees worldwide.

Before establishing FirstService, Jay completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at York University and Doctorate of Laws (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa. In 2011, Jay also received an honorary Doctorate of Laws from York University for his many contributions to the community.

Jay currently serves as Chairman of The Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, one of Canada's pre-eminent patient care, research and academic health science centres.
